The systems and infrastructure developed by Apeiro Design allowed the creators to utilize the space, above, below and on the surface of the ¾ thrust stage, which can be dry or covered with water. Aerial acrobatics and underwater entrances are facilitated by the technical systems embedded in the venue design. Video-projection systems support dynamic immersive imagery on the theatre’s walls and performance floor. The performer flying system supports acrobatic and high dive acts from heights of 25 meters. The Dragone production makes full use the theatrical, pool and effects systems. A team of 70 specialized technicians and 65 artists perform 450 shows per year.
