Apeiro Design (formerly Auerbach Pollock Friedlander) supported the ASO’s goal of providing Alpharetta with a similar experience to the one that patrons of its Chastain venue had grown to love while still being a first-class pop music site. Apeiro Design collaborated on design of seating with excellent sightlines to the stage and designed infrastructure for performance lighting, sound, video and technical communication systems including the original image magnification (IMAG) system and delay loudspeakers providing coverage to the expansive lawn.

The stage was designed to meet the needs of the popular and classical music programming while retaining the capability to accommodate performance systems for additional presentations.

The fan-shaped roof covers 4,750 fixed stadium-style seats, 65 box suites and an area accommodating 2,068 removable seats or tables. The lawn accommodates 5,000 patrons.

The Amphitheatre includes a large stage (85 ft. high, 120 ft. wide and 67 ft. deep), six dressing rooms, a green room, orchestra lounge, VIP area, meet and greet rooms, production offices, tour offices, crew facilities, storage and service areas.
