The project paused for stakeholder review and funding, and eventually continued back up with Apeiro providing complete theatrical and audio video systems design services for the renovation of the existing auditorium space, control room and equipment racks room.

The 450-seat auditorium is used for medical conferences, classes, faculty presentations, lectures, panel discussions, medical conferences, convocations and graduation ceremonies. Our scope of work includes renovation of the fixed seating and improved sightlines, live sound reinforcement systems, a 448 SF direct view 1.5mm pixel LED video wall, production video systems including 4K remote cameras, production video switcher, and live streaming devices, fixed and motorized lighting pipes, special event rigging supports, presentation lighting and controls. The master control room located at the back of the Auditorium provides operator positions for video production switching, robotic camera control, audio mixing, and lighting control. An integrated AV control system provides preset user controls.
