The Pearl is designed for rock music and special events, in the style of a traditional performing arts theatre, utilizing multi-level seating, lobbies and upscale VIP amenities.

The design team faced a significant challenge fitting the theatre and support spaces into the limited space within the Palms’ existing hotel towers, below the new ballroom and meeting room complex. The result is a remarkably intimate venue with very short viewing distances to the stage and excellent sightlines for all functions.

In addition to rock concerts, The Pearl regularly hosts televised Ultimate Fighting Championship matches, stand-up comedy, fashion shows and other events.

The venue seats as many as 2,500 with a General Admission events. Using removable chairs at the lower level, capacity is 2,115 seats. Upper seating may be closed off in several configurations with a “cut down” panel system using motorized banners. In its smallest configuration, the venue accommodates 1,124 patrons.
