The building houses a 200-seat theatre, a 25-seat screening room, 10 conference rooms, gourmet cafe and has doubled the number of creative suites on campus. Like the Steve Jobs Building, it is comprised of masonry, exposed steel and exotic hardwoods. But unlike its neighbor, the architecture is defined by plank formed concrete surfaces, referencing an aged warehouse. Bridges span the three-story atrium providing dramatic interior views and stimulating the creative process by facilitating chance meetings and impromptu discussions.

The lighting involved highly flexible yet meticulously detailed solutions. Indirect/direct lighting was used in the creative suites and conference rooms while museum grade track was used throughout the facility enabling interchangeable heads to be used in the majority of the building.
