In addition to the retail spaces at street level, the site includes a main lobby, multi-purpose room, lounge, central courtyard and roof deck with play and exercise areas. Apeiro Design (formerly Auerbach Glasow) provided architectural lighting design for the common areas, gathering spaces, offices, and exterior of the building.

Apeiro Design worked with Mithun | Solomon to create comfortable, well-lit spaces that provide a welcoming environment for the tenants. Lighting for the multipurpose room reinforces the fun nature of the space by creating a pin wheel layout of lights in the center of the room. On the tenant floors, each residential doorway has its own light source creating a sense of arrival while making it easy to see the lock for elderly residents. The outdoor courtyard is illuminated with soft diffuse layers of light evenly applied throughout the area allowing residents to safely mingle late into night. The location benefits the residents at Sansome and Broadway by being close to various city services and supports healthy, sustainable urban living.
